- What are the possible payment methods?

In each case, after you submitted your order, we will contact you by email to assess which payment method you select of the below:

  • Bank transfer

  • Paypal 

  • Credit card

- Delivery Costs

The prices below are approximate prices in Euros. We contact each customer personally by email, in order to agree on the shipment price.

For smaller items, ReSailCle products, shipping to Europe is below 10 EUR.

- How can I submit an order?

1. By email: info@windsurfmarket.com

2. Webshop order

  • Select the product You want to buy, and put it in your shopping basket by pressing the button.

  • You will be redirected to the Shopping Basket page, where you can set the quantity of you want to buy more than 1 of the selected product.

  • Click to the "back to store" button if you would like to buy some more products

  • If you have finished to fill your shopping basket, Submit your order by clicking on the "Send order" button

  • Submit your shipment details, and finalize your order

- After submitting your order, WE WILL CONTACT YOU TO INFORM ABOUT THE FINAL PRICE (by adding the shipment price). You will have the right to cancel, or confirm your order.

- What can I do if the selected product does not fit to me?

Please contact us maximum 5 days after receiving the product. If you send us back the unused, and packed product, we will transfer back the price you payed for it. (excluding shipment and additional charges)

- Shipment term

We will contact you after we have received your order, and inform You about the expected shipment times.

- Reclamations, warranty

In case of warranty issues, please send us a photo of the product in question. We will act conforming the product manufacturer´s warranty policy.
